What do we do with your data.

Financial. When you make a payment online using Paypal or a Credit or Debit card through a third party or in our case Eventbrite, your information is processed and we are infomed of payment, your email your name and method of payment. We are not given any details such as your credit card and do not store any such information via online payments. Third parties who process your payment may hold details in order to securely make a transaction. Third parties such as Paypal will include your details associated with the email address registered to that paypal and this information will remain on the invoice and stored on our Paypal account.

Any invoices exhanged may be stored physically or digitally using an accounting software, currently we use and all invoices we send will be stored and held for 6 years. (That is a legal requirment). This information is accessible to both our assigned accountant and any legal request to view such financial information.

If you contact us via email - that email may remain in our inbox and email server including all conversations or other personal information you have included on or within that email.

We will not add your email to our mail list unless you have requested us to. Though any correspondence in response to an email request will be by way of reply.

If you telephone or text us on the mobile and we deem there will be further contact with you, we may add a name or reference to that number so we can easily contact you, this may be a sales enquiry by you that entails a follow up from us. If you are an artist whom we are working with we will store your name and telephone on that device in order to contact you in respect of your artwork, sales, exhibitions or other enquiries relating to the gallery.

Workshops when booking we may request your telephone number and email address in order to keep you informed of any updates or cancellations or adjustments. to workshops or information you may need before a class.

Workshop refunds and Cancellations: Workshops and classes are non-refundable. No refunds are given for no shows. In the event we have to reschedule or postpone due to government restrictions, we will reschedule on the same day and timings,on the next possible date.

Social Media. Taking part in any exhibitions, group shows, or solo shows creators must accept your information including name and images of your artwork will be published online, via social media, email, printed marketing material for examples and promotion of events,
