SPRING BACK (one): Wednesday 14th April - Wednesday 5th May 2021. SUBMISSIONS NOW CLOSED. Drop off will be SUNDAY 11 April. Collection will Be Wednesday 5th May All day upto 7pm. Customers can also collect purchases.
SPRINGS BOUNCE (two): Saturday 8th May - Saturday 29th May 2021.
OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS. Drop off will be THURSDAY 6th. Collection will be SATURDAY 29 May after 4pm-7pm. Customers can collect purchases
No Commission as we will not be dealing with your sales transactions.
Exhibition cost is £55 per artist per exhibition. Depending on the size or work or number of works for exhibition - space is relative. ie, one artist may have 1 large painting, another artist may have 4 small artworks. It's never about space, it's all about the art regardless of your dimensions or our selection.
You can have business cards BUT it may be simpler to place your website/tel number discreetly at the bottom of your label (that way customers can take a pic or call you there and then/or both).
If you want us to take a sales transaction for you, it will be 25% Commission, Please agree this beforehand.

Include your: Instagram and your website in your submissions, please include a telephone number so we can contact you easily. We'll only use that number to discuss the exhibition and to confirm arrangements.
'My Heart Melted'

You will make your own labels at 12pts. on thick white card in this format (as above) (no bigger than a business card).
Please rename your files to match your 'Your name and titles' - ie 'Julliette Pole - My Heart Melted' so we can locate them if we need to upload it for promo etc. We may make social media posts using those images).
Web ready images. If you have a high quality image and can 'Save for Web' (photoshop) it means we can view and use that image for online purposes and it still looks crisp without being a large file. Most software has that option. (It turns a high quality print file into a small viewable web file - less pixels and less file size but still looks clear on web - not blurry or pixilated).
We will publish your instagram and or website (For our instagram posts, we will tag your instagram account, so please ensure you have an account or you will miss out). We will also use the images you submit and these may be posted on instagram or part of any promo posts online or in print to promote the exhibition and your participation within, we'll ensure you are always credited. Images may have text over them, such as your name and or exhibition details.

We'll view accept (or decline). The exhibition cost will be sent via email invoice(you don't need a paypal account - you can use a debit/credit card or pay by bacs), If you are accepted.
We are only taking submissions for the second exhibition 'Springs Bounce Two' 8th May - 29th May', though you can take part in both with different artwork 'Spring Back' Priority may be given to artist who did not take part in the first one.

Exhibition cost of £55 (per artist - not per artwork) payable only if you are accepted. Your exhibition participation is only secured once payment is made. Though will be confirmed our end as soon as you are offered a spot so don't worry if you do not receive invoice immediately. Once invoice is sent payment will be expected immediately to fully confirm your participation.
OPEN TO LOCAL AND UK ARTISTS.
EXHIBITING ARTIST TO INVIGULATE FOR A HALF DAY IF POSSIBLE / WE WILL BE IN TOUCH ABOUT THIS AS AND WHEN. THE LATTER PART OF THE DAY LATE AFTERNOON/EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS WILL BE MOST LIKELY. THIS MEANS ARTISTS HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET THEIR FANS AS WE WILL NOT BE HOLDING A PRIVATE VIEW DUE TO COVID.
Insurance: Artist will be solely responsible for insuring their own artwork against all risks and liabilities for the duration of the exhibition. Collecting and delivering is the responsibility of the artist. Unfortunately we cannot accept postal artworks for this exhibition. You need to be able to collect your work.
