TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

All measurements are in Centimeters (CM). Please check you have measured the space you are considering an artwork to be situated. Our measurements are to the next nearest 0.25cm (2.5mm).

 

Some items are ready to hang and Other items may require professional installation and fittings attached depending on your masonry and interiors - we especially recommend professional installation of heavy artworks..

 

We do our upmost to take photos of artworks to present their true colours - digital screens, devices and various settings each person may have will differ slightly. If you'd like us to send another photograph or would like more information about a piece of art you are interested in please don't hesitate to email us at: info@nudetincan.gallery alternatively call us at the gallery during opening hours: 01727 569291 and we would be more than happy to give you any extra information about an item you need.

 

Each original artwork available in our store is also available to view in person at our gallery in St Albans. All artworks are uniquw and hand created by the artists listed. We at Nude Tin Can Ltd 125 Hatfield Road, St Albans AL1 4JS are agents on behalf of those artists enabling the sale of their art both online and at our gallery in St Albans.

 

We advise that art work is installed by a professional.

1 PLACING YOUR ORDER

 

1.1 PAYMENTS

 

When we recieve your order we will send you confirmation by email. Once your payment has been recieved by us we will begin to process your order.

 

1.2 NOTIFICATIONS

 

When you place you order online we will send you a notification that your order has been placed and recieved by us. We will also send you a notification once your item has been dispatched.

 

1.3 ORDER PROCESSING

 

Your order will be fully accepted by us and our contract will begin the moment we notify you of dispach

 

2 RIGHT TO CANCEL - ONLINE PURCHASES

 

2.1 CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO CANCEL

 

Our contract with you begins the moment your order has been dispatched. Up until that time you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched you will need to refer to our 'Returns & Refund Policy' 1.1 If you wish to cancel before the item has been dispatched you will need to telephone us during opening hourse to ensure we can make an immediate action and can recieve your request in a timely manner.

 

2.2 GALLERYS RIGHT TO CANCEL

 

Nude Tin Can Ltd is also a retail location where customers can visit in person and purchase artwork in person. It is possible an item may be sold in our gallery at the same time an on-line order is made. If this happens we will inform you and cancel your order and issue an immediate refund will be given.

 

The gallery also reserves to the right to retract an item for sale if for any reason a mistake was made in the listing or the item described has been made in error or for any reason the item may no longer be for sale.

 

3 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

3.1 RETURNS

 

For online purchases, you have 14 days to return an item to us for any reason at all. You must inform us in writing or email within 14 days of receiving delivery. Please retain all packaging to ensure the item is safely protected and returned in the exact condition it was sent. Once you have informed us you wish to return an item - you then have a further 14 days from that date to return the item to us. We will contact you to arrange our own art courier to to collect items, alternatively you can personally return the item to the gallery.

If returning because of damage - please take photographs and inform us of this damage within 24 hours of receiving item. (We take a full close up video of all artwork before packaging to ensure the visual condition of an art work)

 

(Items that are seen and purchased in person from our gallery are 'sold as seen' where the online Returns & Refunds Policy does not apply)

 

3.2 RETURN SHIPPING

 

Once it has been agreed that we will accept a return we will arrange with you a courier to collect the item.

 

Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

3.3 REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 14 days from our reciept of the returned item. Some payment process refunds may take time such as credit card refunds.

 

After 14 days we are under no obligation to accept a reaturn after 14 days has passed.

 

3.4 Non-refunable items

 

There are certain items that cannot be refunded. These are personalised and bespoke items including commissioned paintings, or bespoke framing (if applicable). Unless they are faulty - if any faults are inherint please take a photograph immediatley up recieving the item.

 

4. PRIVACY POLICY

 

4.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

 

When you purchase something from our online shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we use the information you give us such as your name, address and email address in order to carry out the transaction and keep you informed of your delivery and to booke arrangemnest with our art courier.

 

We do not hold or store any of your payment details. By using our webshop, when you chose to pay be credit or debit card or pay paypal you accept these payment gateways have their own terms and conditions and privacy policy which seperate from ours.

 

4.2 EMAIL MARKETING

 

We will NOT add your email to our email marketing or send unsolicited emails to you unless you personally request to be added to our mail list. Nude Tin Can will only contact you, in relation to your purchase or any follow up communications regarding your transaction.

 

4.3 DISCLOSURE

 

We will not disclose, give or sell your personal information to a third party other than required to by law for the prevention of crime or fraud.

 

4.4 ONE.COM

 

Our store is hosted by One.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through One.com's data storage, databases and the general One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Items such as invoices and sales transaction data that are part of the online purchase process which will include your name and address and contact details. No financial data is stored by one.com.

 

4.5 NUDE TIN CAN

 

Nude Tin Can Ltd does not have access to any personal credit card information when payments are made on line via our shop.

 

4.6 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are 18+.

 

5 LIABILITY

 

5.1

 

We will not be liable for any loss of income or inconvenience resulting in any way in the process of delivering your purchase. We will not be liable for any delay resulting in a late delivery or circumstances out of our control. This will also include any delay from a third party in delivering items to us which are needed to ensure we can safely deliver the item to you. Adverse weather and natural events or political unrest

 

6 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

 

We reserve the right to modify our terms & conditions at any time.

 

Changes and alterations will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

 

7 COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All copyright and reproduction rights of any artwork purchased remain with the artist. Owning a piece of art - does not give the owner any rights to reproduce that image in any form. We request new owners of art do not post full frontal high resolution images of art work or photography they have purchased on-line or on social media.
